Jenny Hill collects the data that is passed through this website. Contact email can be found throughout and at the bottom of this page.

2. What information do I collect
In operating this website, I may collect and process the following data about you:
— The personal information collected might include name, address, email address, billing address, delivery address, IP address and information regarding what pages are accessed and when.
— If you make an online purchase from this website, your card information is not held by anyone connected with this website, Amazon collects it.
— Details of your visits to this website and the resources that you access include, but are not limited to, traffic data, location data, weblog statistics and other communication data. Impact Tees utilises Google Analytics to collect information about visitor behaviour on this website. Google Analytics stores information about what pages you visit, how long you are on the site, how you got here, and what you click on. The analytical data does not personally identify you and is unable to be linked to any personal information, for example, specifically, your name or address.
— Information that you provide by filling in forms on this Website, such as when you register to receive information such as a newsletter or contact me via email.
— Information provided when you communicate with me for any reason via electronic mail.

3. How this information is used
The information that I collect and store relating to you is primarily used to enable me to provide services to you. Also, I may use the information for the following purposes:
— To provide you with the information requested from me relating to products or services and to provide information on other products which I feel may be of interest to you if you have consented to receive such information. You may unsubscribe from any marketing emails at any time; this function will always be on every single marketing email I send out.
— To meet my contractual commitments to you e.g. process your e-commerce order, this information is held by Amazon. Details of Amazon's Privacy Policy is available via their website.

4. Storage of data
I do not store data that is provided by the use of this website. Details relating to any transactions entered into via this site is encrypted and stored only by Amazon.
For the security of transactions, we use the Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocol, which encrypts any personal information you enter into registration forms on the Application. The encryption process protects your information by scrambling it before it is sent from your computer.
Unfortunately, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. While I strive to use commercially acceptable standards to protect personal information, absolute security cannot be guaranteed. 5. Third parties
I will not pass your details onto any third-party provider, only in specific situations such as those listed below:
— If you order a physical product (book, poster or product) from this website, I will pass the data onto the Royal Mail post office, where it will only be utilised temporarily to process the order.
— My accountancy software Xero. I pass on some information on purchasing (surname, order date, amount) to third-party accounting software. I can confirm that these third parties are GDPR compliant.
— The mailing list is hosted by Mailchimp, a secure GDPR compliant third-party.
— Amazon hosts all payments and is GDPR compliant.

Access to information and the right to be forgotten
The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Data Protection Act (1998) gives you the right to access the information that I hold about you. Should you wish to receive details that I hold about you, please contact me using the contact details below. I will happily supply the data. To request, please email hi@impactees.org.

The ruling also gives the user the right to have all data deleted, and to opt-out to all marketing communication. To stop Impact Tees tracking your usage of this website, please block all cookies. All computers can decline cookies. This can be done by activating the setting on your browser, which enables you to decline the cookies. Please note that should you choose to decline cookies, you may be unable to access particular areas of this Website. To withdraw your consent from being contacted, you can either unsubscribe from the mailing list via the email that is sent from me (this is always found at the bottom of the email) or contact the data controller at hi@impactees.org, and you will not be contacted from that point onwards.
